The 505 Series CompactPCI Enclosures are mid-range, rack-mount or benchtop, industrial chassis that have 21 usable 6U X 160 mm front-accessible slots and 21 6U X 80 mm rear-transition slots. Constructed of 0.09" lightweight aluminum, they are 14.0 X 17.0 X 12.0", and are compliant with IEEE 1101.10 and 1101.11. Right-angle Test Points

These Right-angle Test Points are designed for through-hole mount at the edge of a PCB. They accept probe diameters of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mm, use precision-machined brass pins incorporating beryllium copper "multifinger" contacts, and have a pressfit feature for retention in the PCB prior to soldering. Fiber Stripper

The HTS-11 Stripper is designed to remove outer coatings from 250 and 400 mm UV resin-coated fibers. The fiber is heated to expand the outer coating and decrease its adhesive force. Then, a pair of blades removes the coating. The intensity of the heat is adjustable via a four-position temperature changeover switch. Tubing Holder System

The Multicut System holds multiple reels of heat-shrinkable tubing and feeds the tubing for simultaneous cutting. Two-part AB9226 Epoxy reportedly gels in 5 to 10 minutes and can be polished in less than 15 minutes. It is suitable for bonding optics or performing field terminations when over-curing is not an option, but a fast cure is required. The product is a medium-viscosity, hazy clear system that bonds to glass, metal and most plastics. It is said to offer good shock resistance and outstanding electrical insulation. Sup10HTF Epoxy Adhesive is a rapid-curing, one-component, high-temperature-resistant and high-strength adhesive. It is said to require no mixing, and is formulated to cure at elevated temperatures. The product has a service operating temperature range of 4° to 400°F, and forms bonds resistant to severe thermal cycling and many chemicals including water, oil, fuels and most organic solvents, reportedly even upon prolonged exposure. Crimp Pull Tester

This Crimp Pull Tester consists of the company's test stand, digital force gauge and fixtures for wire terminal testing. The TR3370 Thermal Transfer Resin Ribbon is said to provide smudge and scratch resistance for electronic product identification and coding using traditional printers. Unifilm UA202 and UA502 are unsupported, pressure-sensitive, acrylic adhesive transfer films. They are designed to adhere to a variety of surfaces, including metals, engineered plastics and various foams.
