Ablebond 8175 and 8175A electrically conductive adhesives are solder alternatives for surface mount electronic components. They are said to absorb stress and can be used with thick film metallizations or traditional PCB surfaces. The 8175 can resolve fine-pitch resolution (0.020") when printed using either a stainless-steel mesh screen or metal mask stencil, and it is syringe-dispensable. It cures in 1 hour at 130°C.
