Emcast 4600 Diebond Series epoxies are designed for surface mounting of components to PCBs where the green strength and low-moisture pickup improve yield. The epoxies reportedly maintain component position during solder reflow and wave soldering. They are said to be fast-curing, single-component, thixotropic, heat-cure adhesives that are formulated for screen printing, pin transfer and syringe dispensing. They also are said to provide fast cure under IR.
