Metregrip 385 is a high-temperature, primerless, two-component adhesive system designed for forming bonds between aluminum, ceramic, copper, glass, steel, stainless steel, rhodium and zinc, as well as friction bearings and rubber and plastic materials. It can be cured with heat and at room temperature. The system is said to exhibit high tensile lap shear values of 2,300 psi on untreated aluminum, low water absorption, and oil- and water-resistance.
