The 120-43 is a screen-printable, anisotropically conductive epoxy adhesive that is said to bond while maintaining its anisotropic qualities. As an anisotropic material, the adhesive is reportedly an insulator on the X-axis and Y-axis and a conductor on the Z-axis. In addition to being solvent-resistant, the product is said to be resistant to heat and thermocycling. It also features adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, aluminum-sputtered substrates and a variety of other substrates.
