This high-frequency-response 3923 Multitest Socket features a universal contact block for Multitest 9308B and 9320 handlers and the ability to accept all TSOP 173 devices with lead counts from 14 to 28. It has contacts that reportedly will last for up to 500,000 plug-in/plug-out cycles. The body is made of Torlon, a high-grade plastic, to withstand the elevated temperatures and high wear encountered in automated testing. The socket also features an integrated ground contact.
