This high-purity, silver-conductive toughened epoxy adhesive system is called EP21 TDC/S. It is said to cure at room temperature or at slightly elevated temperatures and has a noncritical 1:1 mix ratio by weight. Adhesion can be to metals, glass, plastics and ceramics. The product can be silk-screened or applied through syringe applicators. The volume resistivity of the cured system is less than 0.0001 Ωcm, and it has an operating service temperature range of -60° to 275°F.
