The Micrometer II meter/mix system is designed to dispense small amounts of mixed two-component epoxy, urethane or silicone. Adjustable by design, the positive-displacement system meters and dispenses from 0.02 to 3.0 cc of a mixed material each time the unit is actuated. The self-contained system, which can be integrated into automation, dispenses the mixed material using "no-drip" technology. The system reportedly can handle both high- and low-viscosity material.
