The Model 911A configured with the company`s Model 913A Keyboard and LED Test System CCA reportedly makeup a complete Automated Keyboard Test System. This system can be used to perform acceptance testing, quality-assurance certification, and incoming inspection of keyboards, keypads and membranes. The product is said to allow accurate positioning and activation of the unit under test without requiring operator intervention. The X-Y programmable-positioning gantry automatically positions the activation-drive mechanism above the keyboard or unit under test. Once positioned, the activation mechanism is energized to depress the keys.
