The Pinnacle 500R Rework System is an entry-level semiautomated placement and rework station. Reportedly able to handle boards up to 14 x 20" and 2" high components, it is designed for reworking mBGAs, BGAs and QFPs. This compact system is said to align, place and reflow surface mount components used in production and depot environments. The station includes an independent heating nozzle, a vacuum pick-up tube, comprehensive thermal-cycle libraries and look up/down split-image component placement
