The Model WS4000 is a user-configurable benchtop or stand-alone automatic microwelding workstation. It has a power supply, weld heads, multiaxis motion, a PC-based Windows NT operating system with user-definable operating sequence, an optional teach camera and auto-align systems. The work area is from 5 x 5" to 15 x 15" (123 x 123 mm to 368 x 368 mm). The performance cycle times are said to be in excess of 3,600 units per hour.
