Shielded versions of Z-Pack 2 mm HM cable connectors are available. They are suitable for the termination of shielded jacketed cable used for connecting between slots and cabinets. Available in 10-, 20-, 30- and 40-position versions, the connectors are end-stackable without loss of contact. Metal covers feature polarization ribs and gold-plated grounding contacts, with the cable braid being terminated between inner and outer ferrules. Signal contacts use an insulation displacement crimp, which allows fitting in the factory or on-site.
