This series of power plane boards is designed to accommodate 3U or 6U pluggable power supplies for CompactPCI systems. The 6U power planes are designed with a board stiffener to prevent vibration and insertion reliability problems. They are available with either the 38-pin or the 47-pin Positronic connector defined by the PICMG 2.11 Subcommittee. Single power planes are available with one or two connectors installed for use with one 6U or two 3U plugglable supplies. The double power planes are available with either two or four connectors installed for use with two 6U or four 3U pluggable supplies.
