Spectrum Technologies, a supplier of UV wire marking equipment to the aerospace and industrial markets, has announced that, after a particularly successful 2010, and in line with the company's growth plans for 2011, it has moved its Shanghai branch office to new, larger premises.
According to a press release, one year after opening, the Shanghai branch has been moved to larger premises within the city to accommodate the growing demands of this increasingly important region for aerospace manufacturing. The new office will permanently house demonstration equipment to enable Spectrum Asia Pacific to respond more quickly to sample requests and to invite potential customers to see live demonstrations of equipment.

The office will also have more space to stock key spare parts for the company's CAPRIS and Nova laser wire marker customers in the region with the aim of significantly reducing lead times. The Shanghai office joins the company's existing Hong Kong office and dedicated field service engineering support, based in Beijing as part of Spectrum Technologies' Asia-Pacific operations.
Spectrum is a supplier of of UV laser wire marking technology for the identification of aerospace wire and cable, and industrial laser wire processing systems for advanced manufacturing applications.
