SALEM, N.H.--Harwin Inc., a manufacturer of hi-rel connectors and SMT board hardware, has released a new horizontal female version of its high performance Datamate 2mm interconnection system. Bringing increased flexibility to the design process, the new reverse gender right angle connector enables boards to be connected in parallel or side by side.
The dual row connectors are available in 6, 12, 14, 20, 26 and 34 positions with a 3mm pc tail. For complete mating security, there is also a range of jackscrews. Longer (4.5mm) and SM solder tails will be released shortly.
