TTM Technologies' Guangzhou facility has earned the Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) accreditation from Performance Review Institute. TTM president and chief executive officer Kent Alder lauded the efforts of those in the Guangzhou facility and also pointed out that transferring best-practices from the company's other accredited plants was a contributor to this achievement. He noted this is the second TTM site in China to be awarded Nadcap accreditation. Three of the company's North American facilities have Nadcap as well as AS9100 accreditations.
The Performance Review Institute describes Nadcap as "the leading worldwide cooperative program of major companies designed to manage a cost-effective consensus approach to special processes and products, and provide continual improvement within the aerospace and automotive industries."
TTM is a printed circuit board manufacturer focusing on the backplane and subsystem assembly markets.
