Melinda Wallace is the newly dedicated customer-service specialist at Lenthor Engineering, a company that designs, manufactures and assembles rigid-flex and flexible printed circuit boards (PCBs) and is also a provider of electronic manufacturing services (EMS).
Most recently Wallace (pictured below) performed customer-service and sales duties at a company in the aerospace industry, Lenthor says. The company adds that she began her career in high technology when at the age of 14 she worked for the web-design company her parents operated.
Lenthor's president Mark Lencioni noted that Melinda Wallace will "work more closely with our customers on order fulfillment issues."
