Tyco Electronics is exhibiting its range electronic components for solar energy at Intersolar North America 2010, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California, July 13-15, booth 7962.
The company is showcasing its line of UL- and TUV-approved SOLARLOK products, which are designed to offer easy, reliable interconnections for solar thermal and photovoltaic applications, including crystalline modules, thin-film modules, shingle/tile, BIPV and the Balance Of System (BOS) electronics.

Additional products on display will include products for module grounding and connector unmating, as required by NEC 2008, and solar identification, rating and reflective labels. Product demonstrations for the SOLARLOK product line, such as cable coupler termination, will be performed at the booth and attendees will be able to participate in hands-on demonstrations.
Booth visitors to Tyco Electronics will be given the chance to win the company's SOLARLOK field service kit, which includes a 100 cable couplers, crimp contacts (10 and 12 AWG), strain reliefs, seals, a hand-crimp tool, an extraction tool and an insulation stripper.
