May 15, 2009--HellermannTyton's assorted fir tree bundling clips are designed to simplify routing, mounting, and securing wire harnesses to mounting holes.
The clips feature a proprietary staggered fir tree design that provides an extremely low insertion force and high pull-out force that can result in longevity of the mounted wire harness in its final application in the field. The clips also feature anti-sliding bars designed to prevent the cable tie or tape from slipping off the clip if the bundle is in a high vibration application.
TC6FT6 orients the bundle directly over the mounting hole, and is for use in applications with standard panel thicknesses between 0.7 and 5.75 mm. TC6FT6LG orients the bundle directly over the mounting hole, and is for use in applications with large panel thicknesses between 0.7 and 18.0 mm. SOC8FT6 orients the bundle 90 degrees from the mounting hole and is for use in applications with standard panel thickness between 0.7 and 5.75 mm.
