May 11, 2009--Komax is offering the OES WireWorx Laser Profile Analyzer (Model LPA56B) as an option for its Alpha 433 S/L crimping machine. The LPA56B sensor effectively monitors seal loading and wire stripping during production, and will separate defects including incorrectly positioned seals, projected strands, or incorrect stripping lengths.
"The LPA56B has become a universally recognized in-process inspection device adaptable to most automatic wire processing machines in support of qualify mandates. with minimum affect to the machine production throughput" says Michael Reeve, vice president of strategic sales and business development for OES.
