February 11, 2009 -- From Rosenberger North America LLC (Lancaster, PA), a new line of microwave cable assemblies and RF- PCB- connectors can be used in numerous configurations to achieve the density and frequency requirements of new chip testing systems.
The Multiport Mini Coax connectors, which are designed to meet the electrical (frequencies up to 20 GHz) and low space requirements (0.12-inch/ 3 mm pitch) of semiconductor testing, consist of PCB connectors in various configurations (including straight and right-angle) and suitable cable connectors that can be bundled in housings (2, 4, 6 and 8 channels).
The Multiport Coaxial Pogos are designed to meet electrical frequencies of up to 20 GHz and 40 GHz, and low space requirements of 0.18-inch/4.5 mm pitch. The product range consists of cable connectors that can be directly launched to a PCB. Standard versions are available in 2- and 4-channel configurations.
The products were introduced at DesignCon 2009 (Feb. 2 ? 5).
