September 2, 2008 -- JAE Europe has named Germany's Rutronik GmbH as its 'Distributor of the Year' for 2007. According to JAE, the decision was based on the quality of design-in and project activity as well as an increased sales growth on the previous year.
Rutronik GmbH has been successful in industrial and medical equipment markets, and also customer support throughout six years of working with JAE.
Peter Johnson, JAE European distribution manager, commented, "Rutronik GmbH had a very good year. The success reflects the company's commitment to growing the electromechanical side of its business, especially in the area of connectors."
Joerg Ciper, Rutronik's marketing director of electromechnical products said, "JAE's innovative product line coupled with its support, including joint customer visits, has helped Rutronik to make significant progress in the electromechanical sector this year."
Rutroniks´ business field of electromechnical components was established in 1995.
