Eraser’s Model CS800 Wire Cut and Strip is a fully programmable, electric benchtop wire cutter and stripper, able to process wire from 10 to 30 AWG and precisely cut and partially strip 6,150 pieces per hour at 2.5-inch lengths, and 5,700 pieces per hour at 4-inch lengths. With programmable batching and 10 variable feed rates, the CS800 is built for automation.
The bench-mount Model BTS1 thermal wire stripper is designed for solid and stranded wire and cables up to .50 inches outside diameter. Temperature of the stripping elements is variable up to 1400°. The unit has an adjustable strip length stop from 0 to 1.50 inches, and has a self-contained fume extraction system. An optional 90° element kit is for infinite strip length or window stripping.
