Dr. Michael Todd has been promoted to vice president of product development and engineering semiconductor and assembly technologies at Henkel (www.henkel.com). Most recently, Todd led the Irvine, CA-based teams responsible for mold compound, die attach, wafer-level underfill and CSP underfill materials. In his new role, he will maintain oversight of Henkel’s Irvine applications engineering and product development initiatives while expanding his duties to oversee product roadmaps at the company’s China, Taiwan, and UK facilities.

Christine Klauck has been named manager of technical and sales support at Fiber Connect Inc. (www.fiber-connect.com), a Leviton company. She will develop a technical team to support business development management’s field sales and inside sales. Klauck currently serves as BICSI (www.bicsi.org) Northeast Region Director. Before joining Fiber Connect, Klauck (an RCDD/NTS specialist) spent 12 years at Siemon in corporate training, technical support, and marketing departments, and also worked more than 11 years at IBM in design and project management of telecommunications structured cabling systems for residential, Fortune 500 and Big Four accounting firms.

XLR connector manufacturer Neutrik (www.neutrikusa.com) recently provided an assortment of its products to the audio department of the New England Institute of Art (NEIA), to be used to create a cables and connectors reference board for the school’s electronics and maintenance lab. Students in the Institute’s audio production concentration take advanced courses in music recording, live sound, maintenance and radio. He has more than 20 years of experience in the electronics industry, having served in key positions at National Semiconductor, and most recently as senior vice president/supplier service group at Arrow Electronics.

Greg Jerrehian, a 19-year veteran of Phoenix Contact (www.phoenixcon.com), has been named vice president of sales. He has worked in various product management, field sales, and sales management positions before being appointed director of sales in 2004, and is credited with growing a sales structure of more than 100 professionals.
Also at Phoenix Contact, Louis Grice has been named vice president of marketing. He began his career at the company in 1990 as a district application engineer, and held several regional and national sales positions before becoming director of marketing and communications in 2005. Grice manages more than 50 marketing professionals and provides industry insight and analysis.

E.C. (Eunhyon) Chi has been named district sales manager for Yamaichi Electronics USA’s (www.yeu.com) Texas and Midwest regions. She has 20 years of experience in connectors and cable sales, and will be managing sales for the connector and test solutions division. In 1999, Chi was awarded Salesperson Of the Year for top grossing programs in the connectors, cables, PCB assembly categories.
