The all-electric Cosmic 927RX stripper/twister from Komax (below) is designed for stripping hard-to-process wires, from 10 to 36 AWG. A micrometer dial chooses stripping diameters in 0.01-mm increments, showing the selection via a large digital display. The rotating 4-blade design is built to cleanly strip a wide range of insulation types and lengths. You can select full or partial pull-off in lengths from 1.5 to 25-mm. Stripping head rotation and twist/ non-twist directions can be changed from clockwise to counter-clockwise. Options include insert guide, carbide blade, foot switch, and air blow-out kit.
