June 20, 2007 -- Passive and connector specialist TTI, Inc. announced that it has promoted Tony Miller to the newly created position of senior vice president, mergers and acquisitions.
According to a press release, in the position, Miller will work closely with Craig Conrad, TTI's senior vice president and chief marketing and strategic planning officer.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Miller has been employed with TTI since 2003 in various management positions.
Paul Andrews, TTI's president and CEO, comments, "Tony has been an excellent employee and manager for TTI. I am confident that his knowledge and industry expertise will expand our business opportunities even further in the global market."
TTI became a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway in March 2007. Berkshire Hathaway says it is committed to accelerating growth at TTI, and that the new position will enable exploration of strategic opportunities and value-added acquisitions as the company moves forward.
