![]() |
A single-row version of the Nano-Miniature Bi-Lobe 0.025-inch connector family is designed to deliver an exception signal contact direct from the PCB into the connector. These 0.0115-inch connectors incorporate the company’s Flex Pin contact, and are billed as the lowest profile metal-shelled connector available. Bi-Lobe nanoconnectors are known for their resistance to extreme shock and vibration, making them suitable for military, space, medical, and oil and gas equipment. The single-row connectors are available in 9 to 51 pin-count versions, are housed in a metal shell, and feature a metal jackscrew for locking and unmating. According to the company, the connectors can withstand shock of 100G in each axis, and passed a vibration exposure from 10 to 2,000 to 10 Hz at 20G amplitude in each axis (per MIL-STD-32139). Wire-to-wire and surface-mount versions are available.
