SOLDERLESS RIGHT-ANGLE INTERCONNECTS

A new series of Autoheader interconnects combines solderless-compliant (press fit) technology in a low-profile, right-angle design. In tests using SAE/USCAR2 standards, the connectors were shown to significantly exceed retention force requirements, and maintained a consistent gas-tight fit under adverse conditions. Available in a variety of pin-header configurations, the devices are designed for lead-free assembly applications that involve restricted clearance, such as stacked PCBs, junction box assemblies, and automotive connector modules and switches.
