METAL-JOINING SYSTEM

Designed for many critical non-ferrous metal-joining applications, the Sonic Weld 4010 is a 40 kHz linear ultrasonic welding system. It is built for welding batter components or small-gauge electrical wires and terminals. Total travel (stroke) of the actuator is 25 mm. Sonic Weld 4010 has a half-wave reach of 12 mm, and a full-wave reach of 115 mm. According to the company, components are easily presented between the horn and anvil for manual or automated welding.
