DIN rail-mounted spring clamp connection terminal blocks are designed to reduce wiring times. Sizes range from 4-mm wide for 16-AWG wire to 16-mm wide for 2-AWG wire. They carry ratings ranging from 15 amps at 300 volts to 115 amps at 600 volts. Also, the company’s miniature double-level terminal blocks (ASIMBKKB Series) feature two circuits in one terminal block, and can be mounted on either 15- or 35-mm DIN rail. These terminal blocks have a current rating up to 20 amps at 300 volts, and a wiring capacity of 30 to 10 AWG. According to the company, the PV version of this series can function as a power distribution block because the upper and lower levels are interconnected.

CopperLink-T T-1/E-1 extenders (Models 2113 and 2115) are designed to triple the normal reach of T-1 and E-1 circuits while cutting the required number of copper pairs in half. These plug-and-play devices can be used to connect remote PBXs over existing dry copper. The solutions also support T-1/E-1 extension between buildings or across campus. Extenders operate in clear-channel mode to transparently extend data- and voice-bearing circuits, including the T-1 F-bit. The Model 2115 T-1 comes with an RJ-48C connector, while the Model 2113 E-1 includes dual-BNC and RJ-48C connectors.

FireWire high-flex round and flat cable assemblies are designed to provide motion control and vision systems with flex-life performance, and help to prevent lost data or data integrity issues. The assemblies are built to maintain stable attenuation, and to flex with no bit-errors or loss of data. Round assemblies have been tested to achieve 5 million cycles in rolling flex motions on a 50-mm bend radius. Flat cable assemblies have been tested to achieve 20 million cycles on a 20-mm bend radius. According to the company, both cable types experienced minimal change in insertion loss and impedance during tests. In-stock lengths are 2, 3, 4.5 and 7.7-mm. Customized lengths are also available.
