The WT Series wire twisters can twist wires with our without connectors, and won’t damage the conductors. The twisters incorporate a speed control and counter for a consistent number of clockwise or counter-clockwise twists. Units are activated by an electronic foot pedal.

COMPRESSION TOOL FOR COAX

The Economy Compression Tool is built for permanently terminating RG-6 and RG-59 coaxial cable with compression-style F connectors. Approximately 30 percent more compact than comparable models, the tool features an easy squeeze, single-hand action delivering 360° compression of connectors. According to the company, the tool helps achieve consistent terminations that hold true for increased signal clarity and enhanced pull-out strength. An adjustable nesting fixture is designed to accommodate most brands of compression connectors.

FIBER CONTINUITY TESTER

The CCT-2001 fiber continuity tester works with singlemode and multimode fiber, and is compatible with most types of connectors, including ST, FC, SC, LC, and MT-RJ. Powered by three LR44 of PX76A batteries (included), the continuity tester comes complete with 1.25-mm and 2.5-mm universal as well as MJ-RJ style interchangeable adapters. FIBEROPTIC CLEANING KIT

These multi-use fiberoptic cleaning kits contain what you need to correctly clean and maintain fiber and connectors in preparation for mating, splicing, and termination. An economy kit is designed for occasional connector cleaning and maintenance, and includes Hydrosorb wipes and solvent in a durable case. FIBER INSPECTION MICROSCOPE

This fiber-optic inspection microscope is available in either 200× or 400× magnification strengths. Its achromatic glass objective is designed to provide excellent image quality. The tool comes standard with a universal adapter that accommodates nearly all ST, SC, and FC connector ferrules. (Adapters for other connector types are available upon request.) An LED provides up to 100,000 hours of lamp hour life, and a side illumination port allows backlit inspection of jumpers or can be used as a fault finder. The microscope features coaxial illumination where light travels along the same axis as the fiber inserted into the microscope, allowing for a more detailed image that can reveal fine scratches and contaminants. Batteries and storage case are included.
