DOUBLE-LEVEL TERMINAL BLOCKS

UTTB 4 and UTTB 2.5 double-level terminal clocks are designed to increase wire density. Both connect conductor cross-section ranges of 26 to 10 AWG and 26 to 12 AWG respectively. The four-conductor connection is designed as a space-saving alternative to standard feed-through terminal blocks. A universal FBS plug-in bridge system allows cross-connections to neighboring feed-through terminal blocks, and bridging from the upper level to the lower can be accomplished with an FBS component. The double-bridge shaft allows individual chain bridging by means of plug-in bridges on both levels.

Santoprene dust covers for the PowerMod HP A Series dual-pole male and female connectors are designed to provide pin and socket protection against dust, dirt, and environmental influences when the connectors are not in use or left unmated. These flexible dust covers conform to the panel-mount configuration and cover the receptacle housing. The protectors come with lanyards that help reduce the risk of misplacing the dust covers, and which also serve as modified sealing gaskets when used with panel-mount applications.

The 5.00-mm Type ASP045 Pluggable Springcon terminal block is designed to be a drop-in replacement for screw-type pluggable two-piece terminal blocks. It ships wire-ready and, according to the company, promises an easy-to-terminate, gas-tight connection. Tool-less operation and a proprietary design provide a constant contact resistance and auto adjustment of spring force at each wire size. With a wire range from 16 to 28 AWG, the UL-listed terminal block is rated to 300 volts @ 8 amps, and is available in 2 to 24 poles.

TDE.2 terminal blocks mount directly onto a din rail and feature screw clamp connections to the wire. At 6.2-mm wide, the TDE.2 will allow up to four cables per inch of enclosure space. The first level of this three-level terminal block provides a direct connection of the shield to the mounting rail, while the second and third levels are used to provide a feed-through connection of the twisted-pair wires. Terminals will accept up to a 12 AWG wire, and jumpers are available for bridging circuits. Marking labels are also available.

The single-pole ERIFLEX distribution blocks are IP20 UL finger safe, and come with screw-retaining transparent covers that allow for visual inspection of wire and confirmation of connection. These blocks, designed to clip onto DIN rail or mount to panels with screws, have a >95% fill ration, are UL recognized for U.S. and Canada, and are tested and certified according to IEC specification. By keeping only one input, the distribution blocks can be supplied in parallel using a jumper wire; once connected, you can double the neutral. The blocks are also gangable for a number of phases or voltages while maintaining a rigid block.
