The Delta D series family of D-subminiature connectors are now RoHS compatible (both RoHS-compliant and suitable for use under lead-free processing conditions). The Delta D series connectors are available for both PCB and cable applications, in both signal and power versions. The RoHS-compatible versions withstand temperatures up to 260°C for 3.5 seconds, and are capable of withstanding lead-free wave soldering temperatures. The RoHS-compatible Delta D range is identified by the suffix “LF” at the end of existing part numbers.

The CMR series is an ultra-low-profile family of EMI/RFI shielded R/A backshells with a space-saving design. The zinc die-cast backshells are nickel-plated and come in four shell sizes accommodating standard D-subminiature connectors in nine, 15, 25, and 37 positions and high-density connectors in 15, 26, 44, and 62 positions. Also available is a nine-position backshell using slide-latch assembly hardware that has a profile of less than 1". Parts are RoHS-compliant.

The DG90 right-angle D-subminiature adapter series consists of DB9, DB25, and HD15 male-female right-angle pass-through adapters. These low-profile adapters have a 1" clearance, allowing the user to connect cables in tight spaces. Two versions are available for each connector size to allow cables to exit in opposite directions. The mating hardware is reversible for use in any application. Construction features a fully shielded, durable, gray overmolded body that is RoHS compliant.

The DMX series D-subminiature connectors have a low profile of 5.4 mm and a pitch of 1.0 mm. The series is ideally suited for I/O interconnects for high-density notebook PCs, PDAs, and GPS modems. The connectors have a current rating of 0.5 A at 125 V AC/DC. The bellow type contacts resist distortion during mating and unmating. The temperature range is -55°C to 85°C. There are 26 circuits available with right-angle SMT mounting provided. The DMX surface-mount receptacle can be packaged in embossed tape for automatic mounting equipment.
