BUS-BASED CONNECTORS

These bus-based connectors are vibration-resistant and safe against interfering electromagnetic fields. Offered within the existing modular attachable product, ODU MAC, the multiposition module is for shielded implementation in Profibus, Interbus, P-Net, and CAN-Bus systems. With these inserts, the module gets data rates up to 400 Mbit/s, according to IEEE 1394-1995.

The SFVL series 0.5-mm-pitch connectors for terminating flexible printed circuits and flat cable are designed for cable-to-board connections requiring miniature components. A back-flip actuator prevents mismating, and a cable lock increases retention force and ensures proper mating alignment and cable insertion. They are available in four to eight positions in upper- and lower-contact configurations, with dimensions down to 16 mm².
