The DCF Series portable magnet and enamel wire stripper can strip a wide range of wire sizes from 9 to 35 AWG (2.90 to 0.14 mm outer diameter) with strip length from 3/32" to 2-1/2". A lightweight handpiece is driven by a variable-speed power unit, which centrifugally controls three carbide stripping blades. The power is available in 115 V, 60 Hz or 220 V, 50 Hz. The DCF is available in several different models to strip round magnet wires or flat and rectangular magnet wires, to twist wires, and to twist the strands of stranded insulated wires. The ELECTROVERT Quick Change solder pot for Vectra and Electra wave soldering systems has the capability to switch between lead-free and tin/lead alloys. The feature offers significant labor savings for customers requiring both types of production capability. In the past, users were forced to stop production and manually change the solder from tin/lead to lead-free, which required many hours of labor to complete. With the new feature, users can exchange alloys within 30 minutes, minimizing the disruption of the production process. SPEEDLINE TECHNOLOGIES, FRANKLIN, MA
