The flareMOVE series terminal block relay offers high-contact current ratings (16 A versus 6 A). These new relays are offered in both SPDT and DPDT contact configurations. A key feature of the series is that it provides a reverse-voltage-protection diode on the coil. Ideal for quick plug-and-play connections, these relays provide signal conversions and isolation, are compact in design and easily installed and replaced. WIELAND, BURGAW, NC www.wielandinc.com

MOUNTING CLIP

The SWC-0 adhesive mount clip is ideal for routing single-cable diameters of 0.03" to 0.06". The clip comes with double-backed adhesive on the base that provides quick and easy installation. Cables can be routed easily by slipping it into the side of the clip where it is retained. To remove the wire, simply lift the tip of the clamp up and slide the wire out. The clips are extruded from a durable Noryl material, and can be provided in any specified length. RICHCO, MORTON GROVE, IL www.richco-inc.com

SLIDE SWITCH

The 1K2 changeover slide switch recommended for PCB configuration applications occupies a board space measuring only 10×2.55 mm with a height of 4.5 mm, excluding the actuator. It is available with a 2.54-mm-pitch board. Straight or 90° versions are available. The 1K2 is offered as a single-pole-single-throw version, with a choice of two heights of actuator — standard or raised. The raised actuator version makes it suitable for through-panel operation and the switch offers a clear tactile feedback when operated. EAO SWITCH, MILFORD, CT www.eaoswitch.com

THERMAL ADHESIVES

The line of Multi-Cure thermally conductive adhesives are suited for bonding heat-sinks or heat-sensitive components to PCBs or for use in any application where it is desirable to increase thermal conductivity between assembled parts. Multi-cure adhesives cure with ultraviolet light, heat, or activator in seconds. DYMAX, TORRINGTON, CT www.dymax.com

FLEXIBLE CABLES

Chainflex CF1300US and CF140US continuous-flexing tray cables are a cable option for use in Energy Chain Systems. These cables withstand the stress of tight-bending radii to deliver longer extended life. The flame-retardant CF130US (unshielded) and CF140US (shielded with tinned copper) are constructed with TFFN/THHN insulation and an ultraviolet- and oil-resistant PVC jacket. These cables are approved for use in a multitude of common industrial installations and can perform multiple tasks, thereby reducing the number of cables needed for installation. This line of rackmount enclosures is designed to meet stringent military shock and vibration requirements as well as low MTTR. The card-cage/backplane subassembly, power-supply subassembly, and high-performance cooling fan subassembly are FRU items with MTTR of <5 minutes. The enclosures are configured with a 20-slot VME64X backplane (Mercury Race and Race++ certified). A slide-out removable power-supply subassembly is configurable for a wide range of power-supply requirements. HYBRICON, AYER, MA www.hybricon.com

INSTANT EPOXY

The new Bond-It 7056 adheres to smooth, rough, or porous surfaces as well as most plastics, metals, ceramics, glass, wood, and dissimilar materials. It can be used at temperatures up to 400°F and has high-temperature bond strength, high-temperature stability, and electrical, thermal, and chemical resistance. It forms a durable plastic bond at room temperature with tensile strength of 3,000 psi. Rebuilds surfaces and even fills gaps or voids measuring up to 1/4". COTRONICS, BROOKLYN, NY www.cotronics.com

DIGITAL FORCE GAUGE

High-capacity series CG digital force gauges are ideal for spring testing, peel testing, product integrity testing, and many other compression and tension applications. The gauges are available in capacities of 1000 lb (5000 N) and 500 lb (2500 N), with accuracies of 0.2%, calibrated with weights traceable to NIST standards. Features include RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, full computer control, averaging mode, external trigger, peak reading memory, programmable analog and digital filters, selectable units of measurement, and simple push-button calibration. COMPRESSION TERMINALS

HYLUG terminals are for terminating copper conductors in heavy-duty industrial, utility, commercial, and telecommunication applications. Made from seamless high-conductivity electrolytic copper tubing with heavy-duty wall thickness, they provide maximum conductivity, low resistance, and ductility. HYLUG terminals are plated to ensure durable long-lasting corrosion resistance. The HYLUG also provides easy cable insertion with an internally beveled barrel end. Each connector is color coded and marked with wire size and type, die index, and proper number/location of crimps to provide easy identification and proper tooling and lower installation costs. TERMINAL STRIP

The new 862 Series terminal strip for connection of electrical devices and equipment was designed as a cost-effective alternative to traditional chassis-mount terminal blocks such as barrier strips and terminal strips. Options available include fast and flexible mounting via snap-in mounting feet or self-tapping screw; flexible marking with pre-marked versions, custom marking, or write/print-on marker strips; four connection points per pole for wiring of different gauge conductors, power distribution, or daisy chaining; built-in test points for hands-free testing; and integrated ground contact for automatic grounding to the chassis. CABLE TIES

The Ultra-Cinch hook-and-loop ties for managing network cabling has hooks and loops on the same side, allowing the user to secure a greater range of bundle diameters, especially smaller bundles. A low-profile cinch ring reduces overall bundle size, which minimizes interference with adjacent cables. The soft material prevents cable damage and over-tensioning of high-performance network cable. They are adjustable, releaseable, and reusable hundreds of times, making them suited for moves, adds, and changes. PANDUIT, TINLEY PARK, IL www.panduit.com/uct
