CONNECTOR CLEANERS — The NTT-AT series fiberoptic connector and adapter cleaners are ideal for on-site cleaning of standard, small-form-factor and multifiber connector end faces. Available in reel or card formats, a stick format is also available for cleaning of the fiberoptic adapter sleeve interior. The reel cleaner uses a unique elastic pad that effectively cleans the end face of 2.5-mm (SC, FC, ST, E-2000, DIN, D4), 1.25-mm (LC, MU), and multifiber (MPO, MT-RJ) connectors, all within the same unit. The card cleaner delivers the same results with portability. All cleaners employ a prewashed, static-reducing microfiber fabric. SENKO ADVANCED COMPONENTS, MARLBORO, MA. www.senko.com

HORIZONTAL CHASSIS — A new 4U, five-slot horizontal AdvancedTCA (ATCA) chassis offers features for system management, chassis cooling, and versatility. The 4U ATCA chassis features allotments for the Elma shelf-manager product, the IPM Sentry. The IPM Sentry adjusts the speed of the fans depending on the temperature within the chassis, and sends out remote alarms via RS232 or 10/100 Ethernet. Further, it can detect the topology of the backplane, and maintain a system event log (SEL) along with a sensor data record (SDR). ELMA, FREMONT, CA. www.elma.com

MICRO DISPENSERS — An enhanced encoder count on the Micro Valve increases the precision and repeatability for micro-volume dispensing applications. The programmable encoder, which controls rotation of the auger, has been modified to provide 200,000 counts per 360° revolution, which allows the valve to repeatably dispense 5.5-mil volumes, depending on the material and application requirements. The DL Micro Valve is ideal for high-density interconnect, optoelectronics, and semiconductor packaging applications. DL TECHNOLOGY, HAVERHILL, MA. www.dltechnology.com
