Molex launches online resource for connector industry

Aug 16, 2010

LISLE, Ill. -- Molex has launched Connector.com, billed as "an interactive blog site that will provide users with access to connector industry news, trends and opinions." On the site, Molex connector and industry experts will offer commentary on issues and challenges relevant to today’s design engineers. Initial articles will include general connector topics as well as higher power delivery and sustainable solutions, says the company.

“Connector.com is an interactive medium for Molex to create meaningful discussions with our customers, partners, and other stakeholders. With product specialists in virtually every aspect of the connector industry, we are able to share valuable insight and engage in conversations on a wide range of topics,” said Brian Krause, vice president, Molex. “We anticipate Connector.com will become a tool where not only information is provided, but ideas and opinions are shared.”

The company says the new site will include access to: articles and opinion pieces from Molex experts; links to Molex social media sites including YouTube, Twitter and Facebook; live Molex Twitter, Facebook and news feeds; and videos illustrating new interconnect products and technologies.
