From Samtec, the PowerStrip/10 family of power interconnects features an ultra-small, space-saving design and dual-leaf blade contacts capable of carrying from 14 to 23 amps per contact at a 30 deg C temperature rise, depending on the number of contacts powered.

The PowerStrip/10 socket and terminal strips (UPS/UPT Series) are available in vertical or right angle orientations for co-planar and perpendicular applications, with a choice of 7 mm or 10 mm standard stack heights.

The .150" (3,81mm) pitch system may be configured with 2, 4, 6, or 8 power pins, and offers a typical current carrying capacity (CCC) of 21 amps per contact (rated at 80 deg C with four gold-plated contacts powered). An optional locking clip for additional stability in rugged applications is available.

The PowerStrip product line also includes systems with typical current-carrying capacities of 25 amps and 35 amps per contact (dependant on temperature and number of contacts powered). the PowerStrip/25 connectors on 5mm (.197") pitch include power and power/signal combos, a hinged design for 90 deg. mating, and a discrete wire cable system.
The  PowerStrip/35 connectors, on .250" (6. 35 mm) pitch, are available in power or power/signal combos.

Price per contact varies by pin count and quantity; production quantities start at 30¢ per pin.
