Crimping Tool — The CT 20 Universal Pneumatic Crimping Tool features an ergonomic design that reportedly allows the product to be incorporated into other lines of portable crimp tools. Said to bring the crimping process directly to the harness board or control panel, this hand-held tool crimps 34 to 6 AWG wire and works with the company's interchangeable dies. BNC Removal Tool — The RTC-1L BNC Removal Tool features a dielectric material coating over the metal barrel and shaft for safety. The product facilitates the user in engaging the coupling sleeve of a standard BNC connector in situations where equipment density is tight. Thermal Strippers — HTS1 and HTS2 Handheld Thermal Wire Strippers feature adjustable length-stops and are lightweight. The HTS1 strips insulations from solid and stranded wires from 0.5" to 43 AWG. The HTS2 strips insulations from 43 to 18 AWG. Adjustable heat controls reportedly allow the element temperatures to be adjusted up to 1,100°F (594°C). Termination Tools — Wire Termination and Installation Tools are available to crimp, strip and terminate wiring. The screwdrivers are designed to work with IEC terminal blocks and are insulated up to 1,000 V. The wire stripping tool is said to be self-adjusting to the diameter of the wire; it also has a wire cutting section. Cable Tie Tool — The AT2060 Automatic Cable Tie Tool System reportedly installs cable ties in less than one second, accommodating bundle diameters up to 1.25". The product's ergonomic design features a comfortable grip, low weight and easy trigger depression to reduce installer effort. It can be used as a hand-held system or incorporated into a bench-mount or overhead assembly system. Dispensing Tool — The HP7x Dispensing Tool is designed as an alternative to hand syringes and other manual dispensing devices for applying small amounts of viscous materials such as epoxies, silicones and medical-grade adhesives. The compact, lightweight product connects to a standard 100 psi air-powered dispenser. It reportedly can produce up to 700 psi of air pressure in the disposable 3 cc syringe reservoir secured within a pen-like handle for controlled application of thick fluids through dispense tips as small as 0.004" in diameter. Fiber Stripper — The DFS-3 Duplex Fiber Stripper can be used for stripping both the jacket and the buffer coatings from duplex or simplex fiber optic cable. It features two jacket-stripping notches for 2.0 mm mini zip-cord, two jacket-stripping notches for 3.0 mm zip-cord, and two stripping notches for the buffer coating. The blades are high-grade carbon steel with a black oxide finish. Crimping/Cutting Tool — The Journeyman J1005 Crimping/Cutting Tool is designed to crimp insulated and noninsulated 20 to 10 AWG solderless terminals and connectors. It features tool markings to identify the insulated and noninsulated crimping dies. The product's tapered nose makes it suitable for working in tight places, and a hardened cutter in the nose is said to produce quick, clean cuts. Hand-held Dispenser — The EZ-mix HI Dispenser is a portable, motorized hand gun with a light-touch trigger. An instant retraction button for rapid cartridge changes is featured. This cordless hand tool reportedly accepts standard 50 ml dual cartridges, and can dispense up to 50 cartridges on a single charge, depending on the material and viscosity. Suitable for assembly operations, the product has a drip-free design that is said to reduce or eliminate oozing from the mix tip after releasing the trigger.
