Flexible Urethane — Cable Cast FR is a tough, flame-retardant urethane designed for encapsulating, insulating and providing strain relief on connectors and cables. This black, nonshrinking, castable liquid forms rigid yet flexible rubber parts and has a pot life of 10 minutes, with a demolding time of 1 hour. It achieves functional cure in 16 hours at 75°F and a full cure in 48 hours. Once cured, the product has a tensile strength of 2,600 psi and a maximum elongation of 800 percent. Transfer Film — Unifilm U477-PAT is an electrically conductive adhesive transfer film used in the fabrication of gaskets for wireless communications equipment such as cell phones, pagers and PDAs. It is said to exhibit high shear strength, high tack and good chemical resistance, and adheres to metals, painted surfaces and plastic films.
