Coaxial Cables

These High-performance Coaxial Cables can be customized for high-speed data and video applications. They are suitable for use in industrial automation, visual inspection and medical electronic equipment. These cables are said to offer signal transmission speeds up to 85 percent the speed of light. N-series Nano-miniature Connectors offer design-in flexibility in terms of size, termination configuration, hardware and shell plating options. They are designed for critically reliable applications where small size and light weight are required. These high-density, dual-row connectors feature ruggedized, polarized metal shells for board-to-cable, cable-to-cable and board-to-board applications. The products are available with 0.0250" pitch contacts side by side and 0.0125" offset row to row; this is said to allow higher density packaging. Headers

Self-soldering Headers have 2.0 mm and 0.100" lead spacing. They are designed to provide IPC Class III solder joints in PCBs up to 0.125" thick. Available in vertical, right-angle and board-stacking versions, the headers self-solder with single pass reflow using industry-standard SMT equipment. The products reportedly require no additional solder, solder paste or flux. Featuring individual solder/flux segments embedded into the header housing, they are said to eliminate hand soldering, wave soldering, intrusive reflow and press fitting. The FCN-260(D) MicroGiGaCN Connector is a right-angle socket for high-speed applications such as data link/LVDS, data communications and telecommunications, .. video and test equipment and medical instrumentation. This board-to-board connector reportedly enables differential signal transmission of 3.125 Gbps and higher over standard FR-4 material. Available in 12-, 24- and 36-pair versions, the socket features a 0.75 mm signal-to-ground contact pitch, a 1.5 mm signal-to-signal contact pitch and a 0.5 mm SMT lead pitch. Rated at DC 30 V, 0.5 A (signal) and 1.0 A (ground), the connector has two-level sequential mating of contacts for active connect and disconnect for hot-pluggability and blind-mating guides. Stereo Jacks

These Stereo Jacks have PC99 colors for proper identification in the PC industry. Available in two positions (CTP-JD-3502) or three positions (CTP-JT- 3503), the products are 3.5 mm and shielded to .. protect interference transmission from the unit to outside, as well as from picking up interference on cables that are plugged into the system. Both accept the industry headsets and speakers designed for the PC market. Made of UL 94V-0 plastic for safety, they feature gold-plated contacts for reported low resistance to the plug; the PCB leads are tin-plated for ease of soldering. Optical Transceiver

This RJ-format Optical Transceiver is designed for use with the InfiniBand communications standard. Operating at .. 2.5 Gbps, it reportedly provides improved I/O performance in traffic-heavy environments such as servers, remote storage devices and within multiprocessor systems. Both single- and quad-port RJ-style packages are available with duplex LC connector interfaces at each port. Each package style is available for 850 nm VCSEL multimode optical fiber applications with link distances up to 250 m, and for 1,310 nm Fabry-Perot Laser singlemode applications up to 10 km. Reportedly exhibiting low levels of jitter over the Bellcore/Telcordia operating temperature range of -40° to 85°C, the product can be used in outdoor or service industrial applications. LC Connectors

These LC Fast-cure Connectors reportedly terminate in less that five minutes, have an insertion loss of 0.3 dB and are available .. in single- and multimode versions. They are said to double the density for panels and hubs, cutting down on the number of panels and racks in distribution rooms. These Fiber Optic Cable Assemblies are custom-fabricated from fiber types such as 100/140, 50/125 and 62.5/125 µm MM, plastic fiber, singlemode and others in a variety of cable configurations, materials and colors. Ranging from a few inches up to 9,999' long, cables can be either OFNR- or OFNP-rated. Finished assemblies can be terminated with a selection of connector types. PCB Terminal Strips

Junction Boxes

Top-mount Multiboxes are four- and eight-port fully potted junction boxes that use the industry-standard M12 connector .. for device wiring and an M23 connector for the quick-disconnect homerun cable. Easy access to the top-mount connector and right-angle keyway orientation of the cordsets that reportedly provide a clean profile and efficient wire consolidation for sensors and other devices are featured. Wiring options include four-pin single or five-pin dual outputs per port, and power and signal LEDs. RF Cables

Quiet Line RF Attenuation Cables are continuously extruded, distributed loss, low-pass filter lines designed for high-voltage applications. These flexible cables .. offer RF power attenuation and can be spliced onto an existing high-voltage lead assembly or supplied as an entire high-voltage lead assembly. They are available shielded or non-shielded, with or without a silicone rubber coating. A variety of loss core diameters provide a range of rated voltages and RF insertion loss characteristics. Power Interface Boards

These Power Interface Boards are separate boards for the power section of the backplane. They are designed to facilitate .. pluggable power supplies, headers and utility connectors. The products are available in standard 3U height and have one or two 47-pin hot-pluggable power supply connectors. Also included are power taps for 3.3 and 5.0 V, and GND and fastons for 12 and -12 V. The boards interface to the backplane via power bugs with 6/32 screws. Featuring mounting holes for mounting to the chassis, the products include a header for voltage sense and IPMB interface, an auxiliary/disk drive connector and a power switch header. Multichannel Transceivers

High-performance OC-3 and OC-12 Multichannel TX/RX Modules are available in a four-channel transceiver configuration, as well as an eight- or 12-channel transmitter/receiver pair. They are said to be compatible with single-channel transceivers and short-reach links up to 15 km. Produced using a 1,310 nm edge-emitting laser, they are offered in a hermetically sealed package to ensure stable performance. Manufactured to conform to Telcordia standards GR-468-CORE and ISO 9001, the products reportedly provide high-reliability operation and pure transmission. Operating temperature is 0° to -80°C. The F38 Series Filtered Terminal Blocks feature an integrated solid pin design that reportedly improves the insertion loss performance in most DC and AC applications. PhaseTrack 230R 50 W Coaxial Test Cables employ a dielectric material, TF-4, that is said to exhibit low phase change with temperature compared to existing products made with solid or tape-wrapped PTFE dielectrics. The reported result is excellent retention of test equipment calibration within a changing temperature environment. The front-end connectors are removable and can be interchanged with a range of connector types including SMA, TNC, N and 3.5 and 7.0 mm.
