December 1, 2009 – The Mini Mark from Kwik Mark Inc. is a portable dot peen marking system designed for handheld applications as well as integration into existing and new machinery.
The system features preloaded lead-screws and ball slides for machine tool quality performance and durability, its manufacturer says. Twelve mounting holes offer positioning and angling flexibility. The detached controls feature the latest in embedded technology with compact-flash card storage as well as local area network and RS-232 connectivity.
The type-and-mark function allows the user to begin marking without having to learn new software or reading a manual, Kwik Mark explains. All features, such as graphic importing and 2-D data-matrix marking, are included.
