Bloomberg reports that copper stock of the type used in wiring harness and crimp connector production faces a “deepening supply crunch” with record prices "highly likely" in the next two years, according to British investment bank Barclays Capital.
Bloomberg reported that copper for 3-month delivery on the London Metal Exchange has shown an uptrend -- a pattern of higher peaks and higher valleys -- since early June, with a 12% jump in July alone, according to Seoul- based Samsung Securities.
