NEMI and IEEE CPMT Society join forces

he National Electronics Manufacturing Initiative (NEMI), an industry-led consortium focused on strengthening the global electronics supply chain, and the IEEE Components, Packaging and Manufacturing Technology Society (CPMT) have entered into a formal agreement that outlines key areas of collaboration between the two organizations.

Electronics design automation industry jumps in 4th quarter

The Market Statistics Service for the electronic design automation (EDA) Consortium has released a report that the industry revenue for Q4 of 2003 was $1,021 million, a 13% increase over Q4 2002.
